We offer a 14 day money back guarantee.
The conditions for receiving the refund are of two types:
- Purchased products are damaged or defective
- The purchased products have never been shipped / the shipment has been lost
In order to receive the refund, it is necessary to provide evidence (mostly photographic) that the case in question falls into one of the categories listed above.
Refund requests are not accepted for any delays in shipping times.
We do not accept returns and refunds after the period of 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If the item received does not fall into the previous categories, but you want to proceed with the refund, it is necessary to start a return procedure.
To start the return procedure, simply fill out our contact form or send us an e-mail at email@example.com with your order number. We will show you the address where to send your package. Once the product has been received and verified, we will refund the amount paid! (Refunds processing can take up to 5 days depending on the credit institution).
The returned product must be intact and sealed.
SHIPPING OF RETURNS
The shipment of the item to be returned and the related costs are charged to the customer.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to include the order number and the modification and / or cancellation you wish to make, you will receive confirmation of the operation. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
In the case of an order canceled before shipment, the costs incurred by us up to that point will be deducted from the refund amount, which may include payment fees, packaging costs, and handling costs.
IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE / WRONG / DAMAGED?
If you have received defective, incorrect and / or damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Remember to include your order number, photographs of the items and all references related to receiving your package and, in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
